Great Job Greta you are a great example of a person that is dedicated to staying on track and making sure that you meet you goals and keep the weight off! You look great! Send us a pic and I will post it for my followers.

Do not give up if you miss a work out or eat bad for a day. Just pick right up were you left off the following day and keep moving forward. You can do this all you have to do is keep trying. Great job for just starting and over time you will start to enjoy it till it becomes your life style.
