Sept. 12th...If you have limited time here is a good quick workout you can try.
Assuming you have 15 minutes you should be able to do these 3 exercises.
15 push-ups
15 squats
15 lunge with a twist
All three exercises should be done X 5

September 18th...What a workout today. Instead of running on the treadmill do a 15 min Cardio
circuit. You will need TRX, 10 lbs medicine ball.
1) 10 Crunches on the TRX (feet in the loops hands on the ground and pull your legs to your chest on each side)
2) 15 Push ups
3) 20 Side to Side ball bounce (sitting on the floor with your feet off the ground and bringing ball side to side bouncing the ball on the ground each time.) This is an ab worker!
DO ALL EXERCISES 5 TIMES......
Do these 3 exercises with no break and dont forget to breath! Its a killer and you will sweat more doing this
than you will running on the treadmill for 15 minutes.
After this cardio you will be warmed up to go pump some weights! :) Enjoy!!!
